Clash of civilisations.<\/p>\n<p><span>[0:15:15]<\/span> How a few people can cause a lot of harm, trauma and suffering. Started asking questions.<\/p>\n<p><span>[0:18:29]<\/span> Qualifying the quality of service based on the people that were there to help Dave be that leader.<\/p>\n<p><span>[0:18:54]<\/span> What it means to live a life of meaning and purpose or leadership&#8230;Not being defined by social metrics of career success or financial wealth, job title, salary or how many people are following you&#8230;with votes, on Twitter, with blog readers.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;Can somebody be a leader without any followers?&#8221; &#8211; Dave Ursillo<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Courage<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span>[0:19:23]<\/span> You have to be on the forefront as a leader or teacher. Leading by example.<\/p>\n<p><span>[0:19:44]<\/span> Making yourself being the best version of who you can be whether they call you their leader or not.<\/p>\n<p><span>[0:19:56]<\/span> Calling it quits on the public service career path. Good enough at writing to use as a skill to get somewhere.<\/p>\n<p><span>[0:20:12]<\/span> Embarked upon a path of trying to figure out what he was doing as I went.<\/p>\n<p><span>[0:20:19]<\/span> Tremendous courage. Rob asks was it a scary thing to do? Working with a powerful influencer. Quitting at the age of 23 years old.<\/p>\n<p><span>[0:21:33]<\/span> Suffering is not a competition. Dave was not living his purpose in a supportive role of a politician. His field of work challenged his morals values.<\/p>\n<p><span>[0:22:03]<\/span> Could do more to be best self. Making that vision a reality.<\/p>\n<p><span>[0:26:40]<\/span> Business. Entrepreneurship. Passion. Visualising the future. Burden of responsibility.<\/p>\n<p><span>[0:27:02]<\/span> Coming together at conferences. World changing personalities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What could happen<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span>[0:27:28]<\/span> The beauty and challenge of being an artist. The challenges are themselves the practice of being a creative. Injury in yoga.<\/p>\n<p><span>[0:28:38]<\/span> Endlessly assessing the quality of what is. Rob mentions Greg Hartle. Creativity as our ability to solve problems. Choosing the problems we want to solve. <\/p>\n<p><span>[0:29:35]<\/span> Not trying to wear too many hats. Owning too many identities. Fixing one thing at a time and not trying to save the world. The whole sense of innovation. Adaptability. Problem solving.
