Confidence coach, Jo Moore, is an illustrator, writer, and blogger. She describes herself as a ‘multi-potentialite’ and is on a mission to help shy, young women develop their confidence and self-esteem.

Jo uses a variety of creative approaches, through her own through practice, since having made the decision to overcome the pain of her own shyness some years ago.

Joanna Moore believes you don’t have to suffer with shyness because you can do something about it. From years fed up, with the pain of suffering with shyness in social situations, Jo created Twisted Sleeve to help young, shy girls develop their personal confidence.

Confidence through creativity

Getting unstuck and out of deep depression
